摘要：新时期高校思想政治教育工作面临着极其复杂的环境。为适应环境的复杂性、多变性，思政工作应大力贯彻人本理念。以人为本，就是指以人为考虑问题的根本。在高校思想政治工作中强调人本精神，对开发学生的潜能，发展其健康个性，培养其自我教育、终身学习的意识和能力，有着极其重要的作用。
The ideological political education work in colleges and universities in the new period is confronted with an extremely complicated education environment. In order to adapt to the complexity and changeability of the environment, we should carry out the idea of the humans-centered policy as the foundation in the ideological political work. The humans-centered policy as the foundation means that humans are the foundation in considering everything. Carrying out the essence of the humans-centered policy as the foundation in the ideological political work in colleges and universities is very important to developing student＇s potentialities and their healthy personalities, training the conscience and ability of self-educating and lifelong studying, and establishing the aspiration of contributing to the mother~and and the people.
