摘要：针对产品数据管理(PDM)系统的最新发展技术,基于PDM系统软件功能分析,研究了分布式多层体系结构、虚拟产品开发管理(VPDM)和新一代的产品开发管理系统(PDMII)技术、CORBA和Web技术、企业级PDM系统技术及Internet/Intranet技术,建立了Internet/Intranet/Extranet之上的统一的产品数据模型,提供了企业产品开发电子商务解决方案,实现了应用工具与底层数据环境的系统集成和系统的无缝连接。研究结果表明,PDM技术增强了企业对象的安全性、高效性和重复使用性,降低了企业成本且缩短了产品开发周期,企业级PDM系统技术具有更高级的过程管理、更大范围的数据共享和更复杂的产品配置管理功能,采用CORBA和Web技术有利于PDM系统的集成和扩展。
Aiming at the latest-developping technology of product data management（PDM） , the distributed muhi-layer architecture, the virtual product development management （VPDM） and product development management （PDMⅡ） technology, the CORBA and Web technology, the technology of enterprise-level PDM and Internet/Intranet/Extranet technology were studied based on functional analysis of the PDM software. The unified product data-model was established on the Internet/Intranet/Extranet, providing e-commerce solutions about enterprise product development. The system integration of application tools and the underlying data and seamless connection of system were realized. The results indicate that the system enhances safe, efficient and re-use for enterprise object, reduces costs and shortens product development cycles. The technology of enterprise-level PDM system has more advanced process management, comprehensive shared data and complex product-configurational management. The CORBA and Web technology is conducive to integration and expansion of PDM systems.
