摘要:随着课程改革的深入,新理念不断引入,传统的班主任角色受到冲击,作为教师,不再仅是传统意义上的蜡烛、园丁等,而成为组织者、协调者、管理者。在教师队伍中,班主任的作用是关键的,班主任作为学生成长的"精神关怀"者、影响学生成长的重要他人、班级教育活动的协调者,其幸福与否,不仅关系到班主任的个人的生命质量,更关系到学生的未来、教育本真的追求以及中华民族的振兴。
With the deepening of curriculum reform, and constantly introducing new ideas, the traditional role of the teacher is under attack, as a teacher, not only in the traditional sense of candles, gardener, etc., and become the organizer, coordinator, and manager. In the teachers' team, the teacher's role is critical, as a student teacher growing"spiritual care"who influence the growth of significant others students, the coordinator of class educational activities, if they're happy or not, not only relates to the teacher's personal life quality, more related to the future of students, this is really the pursuit of education and the re-vitalization of the Chinese nation.
