摘要：职业自我概念是个人整体自我概念的一部分,它是职业生涯规划的基础,在个人职业生涯发展的过程中有着十分重要的作用。实验结果表明,团体辅导对大学生职业自我概念的发展有一定的促进作用。
Being a part of individual＇s self-concept,occupational self concept is the base of career programming,which plays a key role in our career progress.The results indicate that group counseling can be regarded as an effective way of promoting the development of the student＇s occupational self-concept.
