Art education is an important part of college quality education,implementation of arts education is to adapt to modern social development needs,is the contemporary quality education the development of higher education and the new requirements.Colleges and universities need to arts education,arts education of their ideological and moral,thinking ability plays an important role,is to adapt to the progress of the times and the vast majority of students' quality development demand,is the fundamental guarantee for quality education of colleges and universities reform.
