摘要：非物质文化遗产是世界文化遗产中最主要的组成部分,民间工艺美术是非物质文化遗产中的主要内容。河南是中华民族优秀传统文化的重要发祥地之一,民间工艺美术更是其中的瑰宝。保护和利用这些具有地方特色的文化资源,对于继承和弘扬民族优秀传统文化,具有非常重要的意义。在传承的前提下进行改革和创新,是对民间工艺美术最有力的保护,也是推动河南文化强省建设,实现中原崛起的重要举措。
Intangible culture heritage is the most important part of the world culture heritage. Folk art and craft is the main content of in- tangible culture heritage. Henan is one of the important birthplaces of excellent traditional Chinese culture, folk art and craft is just one of the treasures. Protection and use these culture resources with local characteristics is very important significance which inherit and carry forward the excellent national traditional culture. Reform and innovation under smriti is not only the most powerful protection for folk art and craf, but also promoting culture in Henan province-building. It is an important measure to achieve the rise of the central plains.
