摘要：通过建立有利于多样化人才成长的培养机制,积极推进"订单培养"合作教育、校-校合作教育以及多样化合作教育模式,密切了校企联系,形成了多层次的产学研合作局面,培养了一大批创新型人才。
By establishing the,talent training mechanism which is favorable for growth of person,implementation of orders for training cooperative education,school education and university cooperation in diversified cooperative education,a situation of multi-level production and research cooperation,innovation and personnel training mode were forming,which trained a large number of innovative talents.
