摘要:采用Mo、Nb、V合金化方法设计了4种高强度耐火钢,对热轧态钢筋力学性能进行了研究,并对钢筋进行了正火处理,分析了热处理工艺、合金元素等对耐火钢筋性能的影响。得出的结论为:热轧态Mo+Nb、Mo+V,Mo+Nb+V钢筋屈强比超过0.8,不能达到建筑用钢的基本要求。经过820℃正火处理后的Mo+Nb、Mo+V钢筋和860℃正火处理后的Mo+Nb+V钢筋屈强比是在0.8以下,塑性提高较大。同时,在钢筋耐火性能方面,Mo+Nb合金化效果优于Mo+V合金化效果。
The four kinds of high strength refractory steels were designed by using Mo, Nb, V alloying method. The mechanical properties of hot rolled steel bar were studied. And the steel bars were normalized. The influences of heat treatment proeess and alloying elements on the properties of refractory steel bars were analyzed. The conclusions are that the yield strength ratio of hot rolled Mo+Nb, Mo+V, Mo+Nb+V steel bars are more than 0.8,which cannot meet the basic requirement of construction steel. For the Mo + Nb and Mo + V steel bars after normalizing treatment at 820 ℃, and Mo + Nb+ V steel bars aider normalizing treatment at 860 ℃, their yield strength ratios are below 0.8, and the increase of plasticity is larger. At the same time, in the refractory performance of the steel bars, the alloying effect of Mo+Nb is better than that of Mo+V alloy.
