摘要：农业是我国国民经济的基础，农业的稳定和发展关系到国家的稳定与发展。特别今年是我国加入世界贸易组织的第一年，农业可能受到较大的冲击。因此，加快推进农业结构的战略性调整，优化产业结构和区域经济，是加速发展农业经济的必然要求。新乡市也不例外，要积极调整农业结构不合理的状况，因地制宜发展高效农业。
Agriculture is the basis of our nationl economy,and its stability and development concerns the stability and development of our country .Especially this year ,is the first year we are admitted into the WTO,agriculture might be greatly influenced.Therefore,quickening the strategical adjustment in agriculral structure,bettering enterprises structure and regionl economy ,is the natural requirement of quickening the development of agriculture.Xinxiang City is also included.We should adjust the irrational conditions in agricultural structure in our city and develop high efficiency agriculture.
