摘要:采用KH-570偶联剂接枝改性SiO_(2)颗粒表面,通过调节KH-570偶联剂的接枝密度定量控制硅烷化SiO_(2)颗粒界面上的接触角,接着利用界面自组装方法制备可控层的硅烷化SiO_(2)涂层。结果表明,硅烷化SiO_(2)颗粒界面上的接触角随着KH-570偶联剂接枝密度的增加呈先增加后下降趋势,KH-570偶联剂为1.5 mL、pH值=10时,接触角最大,约为147°;硅烷化SiO_(2)涂层为3层时,整个衬底被硅烷化SiO_(2)涂层完全覆盖,接触角达到156°,属于超疏水涂层。
The surface of SiO_(2) particles is grafted with KH-570 coupling agent.The contact angle at the interface of silylated SiO_(2) particles is quantitatively controlled by adjusting the grafting density of KH-570 coupling agent.The silylated SiO_(2) coating with controllable layer is prepared by interface self-assembly method.The results show that the contact angle at the interface of silylated SiO_(2) particles increases first and then decreases with the increase of grafting density of KH-570 coupling agent.When KH-570 coupling agent is 1.5 mL and pH=10,the contact angle is the largest,about 147°.When the silylated SiO_(2) coating is 3 layers,the whole substrate is completely covered by the silylated SiO_(2) coating,and the contact angle reaches 156°.It is a super hydrophobic coating.
