摘要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等,调查、分析了中原五省20所运动学校青少年业余体育训练监控问题,讨论了当前我国青少年业余体育训练监控中存在的困难与问题,并结合实际,提出了解决问题的对策与建议,为推进我国青少年业余体育训练专业化进程,搞好我国竞技体育后备人才储备工作可持续发展提供参考依据.
By methods of literature study, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis etc, training monitoring the amateur sports training of 20 schools is investigated and analyzed in five provinces in central plains. Difficulties and problems are discussed in monitoring amateur training of the young in our country. Combining reality, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. And that promotes the process of training professional Chinese youth amateur sports and provides reference frame for talents of competitive sports reserve.
