摘要:学习倦怠是当代大学生普遍存在的心理现象,严重影响着学生的学业和身心健康。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等方法,对郑州大学、河南师范大学等五所院校的体育专业学生学科课程学习倦怠的因素进行了调查研究。结果显示:课程枯燥无味、教法不满意、就业压力大、对评价方式不满意和学生自身原因是学生产生倦怠的主要影响因素。提出了调整课程设置,改变课堂教学模式,加强学科教师队伍建设、合理配置师资,开发适合学生发展的评价模式等相应的对策。
It is a very common phenomenon that college students of majoring in physical education show burnout in theoretical courses. Learning burnout not only interferes with the students' learning and their decline in academic performance, but also affects the development of their healthy psychology. Through investigator finding out the main factors, such as dull courses, unsatisfying teaching methods, employment pressure, and so on , the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
