摘要:采用Western blot技术分析了HSP90α在小鼠脑、肝、心脏和肌肉组织的分布以及短期饥饿对HSP90α表达的影响。结果表明,HSP90α在脑组织含量最丰富,肝组织次之,心脏和肌肉组织较少。受饥饿影响,HSP90α在脑组织、肝组织和肌肉组织上调表达。
Western blot method was employed to determine the distribution of HSP90α in mice brain, liver, heart and muscle, as well as the effects of short-term starvation on the expression of HSP90α. The results showed that HSP90α was very rich in mice brain, slight rich in liver, but little in heart and muscle. In response to short-term starvation, HSP90α was up-regulated expression in mice brain, liver and muscle.
