摘要：特殊儿童体育教育不仅有助于特殊儿童增强体质,提高健康水平,而且可以帮助其提高生活自理与参与社会生活的能力。近年来,河南省特殊学校体育教育事业取得显著成绩,但同普通学校正常儿童体育教育相比,特殊儿童在体育教育公平的实现程度上仍存在一定差距。各级政府和社会各界应积极落实相关法律法规,大力倡导扶残助残的社会风气,不断加大对特殊学校体育教育事业的经费投入,改善特殊学校体育教育师资和教学条件,促进特殊儿童体育教育公平更好地实现。
Special children＇s physical education not only helps children to enhance physical fitness, improve health, and can help to improve self-care and ability to participate in social life. In recent years, the cause of physical education in special schools in Henan province has achieved remarkable results, but there is sill a gap between normal children and the special children. All levels of government and the community should actively implement the relevant laws and regulations, so as to realize education fairness of physical education.
