摘要：古籍数字出版权利制度的构建是古籍数字出版著作权保护的保障。为此,我们应在保护和传播传统文化的前提下,明确古籍数字出版的立法宗旨,完善古籍数字出版权利主体制度,充分保护著作权人的合法权益,以有效保障古籍数字出版的可持续发展。文章在广泛调查我国古籍数字出版概况的基础上,思考古籍数字出版中存在的著作权问题,并提出建议。
The construction of rights is the greatest obstacle to the copyright protection of digital publishing of ancient books. Therefore, under the premise of the protection and propagation of cultural, we should to set forth the legislative intent, perfect the subject of rights, offer protection to the rights and take effective measures for digital publishing of ancient books. The essay explores basic information on digital publishing of ancient books in china and expresses some copyright vision on digital publishing of ancient books.
