摘要:实验研究发现:在硫酸介质中,苯酚灵敏地阻抑Cu(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化邻苯二酚紫的褪色反应,建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量苯酚的新方法。该法具有操作简便、灵敏度高和试剂易得的特点。该方法测定苯酚的线性范围为0.01~0.20μg·mL^-1;检测限9.9×10-3μg·mL^-1.用于实验样品中苯酚的测定,获得了满意的结果。
A spectrophotometric method of inhibitory kinetics for the determination of trace phenol has been established, based on the inhibitory effect of pyrocateehol violet on the decolorization by the oxidation of H2O2 and in the presence of catalysis Cu( Ⅱ ). The optimum condition and kinetic parameters of this reaction were studied in detail. The calibration graph is rectilinear from 0.01 - 0.20μg · mL^-1 and the detection limit is 9.9 × 10 - 3μg · mL^-1. It was applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace pyroeatechol in wastewater.
