摘要:探究了在硫酸介质中Fe(Ш)催化、H_2O_2氧化结晶紫发生褪色反应的最佳实验条件,建立了测定土壤中铁含量的新方法。实验结果表明:反应进行的最佳温度为100℃,最佳反应时间为18 min,反应的最大吸收波长为585 nm,测定该实验的线性范围为0~1.5μg/25 m L,检出限为1.0×10^(-12)g·m L^(-1)。该方法使用的仪器设备廉价易得,检测较为简单方便,反应比较快。该方法具有较好的选择性以及重现性,分析结果可靠,可应用于土壤中铁的测定。
This article explored that Fe(III) with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed oxidation of crystal violet system through the experiment in sulfuric acid medium ,and studied the best reaction conditions. On this basis, the iron with high sensitivity could be determined through experiments. The optimum experimental conditions for the reaction was determined by the experiment: the optimum temperature of the reaction was 100℃; the best reaction time was 18 minutes; the maximum absorption wavelength was 585 nm. The determined linear for the experiment was 0-1.5μg/25 m L, inspection qualification was 1.0×10-(-12)g·m L-(-1). By using cheap equipment, the detection was easy and convenient, and the reaction was faster. The method had good selectivity and reproducibility. It could be competed with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Therefore, the results of the analysis was reliable. The method could be applied to the determination of iron in the soil.
