摘要:以丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈与丙烯酸为单体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了自交联织物涂层剂。经实验确定最佳反应条件:m(丙烯酸丁酯):m(丙烯酸乙酯):m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯):m(丙烯腈)=7.0∶1.0∶1.2∶0.8,丙烯酸、交联剂、乳化剂和引发剂的用量分别为单体总质量的2.5%、3.5%、4.0%和0.3%,种子和外壳的反应温度分别为80℃和85℃,反应时间为3小时和6小时。应用实验结果表明,聚丙烯酸酯乳液膜拉伸强度可达2.21MPa,涂层织物耐静水压可达5.1KPa。
The self-crosslinking Fabric coating agent was synthesized by means of seed latex polymerization, for which butyl acrylate (BA), ethyl acrylate(EA), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and acrylonitrile(AN) were selected as monomers, N-hydroxymethylacrylamide as cross-linking agent. The optimum conditions of the reaction were determined:BA :EA :MMA :AN=7.0:1.0:1.2:0.8(mass ratio), amount of acrylic acid, cross linker, emulsifier and initiator were 2.5%,3.5%,4.0% and 0.3% of the monomer respectively, the reaction temperatures of the core and the shell were 80℃ and 85℃ respectively, the time of reactions were 3h and 6h respectively. The results of applied experiment showed that the fatigue strength limit of the coating film was 2.21MPa, the coated fabric could resist water pressure being 5.1KPa.
