摘要：居者有其屋始终是我省政府着重考虑的问题,目前我省正着力打造中原经济区建设,无论从改善民生生活条件,还是从保证我省经济健康发展出发,解决我省城市低收人群住房困难,有效增加保障性住房供应都是我省目前急需解决的问题。本文从剖析我省住房保障制度存在的问题出发,提出完善相关问题的方法,结合目前我省的实践,为我省实现"住有所居"的目标,保证低收人群体改善住房条件、享受社会公共资源分配,构建和谐社会有相应的促进作用。
Home ownership is always our province government considered problem, at present our province is to build the Central Plains Economic Zone construction, in terms of improving people's livelihood and living conditions, or from the guarantee of economic development in our province, to solve the housing difficulties for low-income people, effectively increase the supply of affordable housing is in our province, these are urgent problems need to solved. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the housing security system in our province, combines with the current practice of our province, to achieve the goal of 'housing' for our province, to ensure that low-income groups to improve housing conditions, enjoy the social distribution of public resources, to build a harmonious society with the corresponding role.
