摘要:用固载杂多酸PW12/SiO2为催化剂,实现了乳酸与异戊醇反应合成乳酸异戊酯。最佳合成条件为:n(酸):n(醇)=1:2.0,催化剂用量为乳酸质量的5%,反应时间为1h,产率可达93%。催化剂具有容易回收、可循环使用、不污染环境等优点。
Abstract: In the presence of heteropoly acid catalyst PW12/Si02, lactic acid reacts with isopentyl alcohol to form isopentyl lactate. The optimum conditions are as follows: molar ratio of lactic acid to isopentyl alcohol is 1 : 2.0, reaction time of reflux 1 h, mass of catalyst 5 % of lactic acid. The yield of isopentyl lactate reaches 93 % . The catalyst has many advantages, such as easy to be recovered, feasible to be used repeatedly , and less pollution to the environment.
