摘要：针对大部分食用菌的保健及药用价值尚未被完全开发的现状,通过从食用菌的保健价值角度出发,分析食用菌饮食的重要作用,并提出推进食用菌产业发展的建议,以期促进食用菌在运动健康领域的应用。
At present,most of edible fungi have not been fully exploited for their health and medicinal value.Therefore,from the perspective of the health and medicinal value of edible fungi,the important role of edible fungi for diets were analyzed,and put forward some suggestions to promote the development of edible fungi industry,so as to promote the application of edible fungi in sports and health care.
