摘要:传统的实践教学模式已经无法适应当下实践教学的需要,急需进行改革和创新,用信息化技术赋能实践教学模式。实施教育信息化技术与实践教学深度融合的实践教学模式,可以有效解决师范生实践教学做不好(实践教学指导开展不系统、不全面,指导效果不好)、做不到(实践教学评价标准不明确、不合理,评价结果单一)、做不了(实践教学管理监督不到位、覆盖窄,监管难度较大)三大问题,实现指导系统化、个性化,评价过程化、客观化,监管多样化、精准化,全面提升师范生实践教学能力和水平,并在一定程度上改变教师的教、学生的学、学校的管,甚至是实践教学的形态。
The traditional practical teaching mode can no longer meet the needs of the current practical teaching,so it is urgent to carry out reform and innovation to enable the practical teaching mode with information technology.The practical teaching mode of deep integration of educational information technology and practical teaching can effectively solve the three major problems of normal school students’practical teaching,which are unable to do it well(the practical teaching guidance is not carried out systematically and comprehensively,and the guidance effect is not good),unable to do it(the practical teaching evaluation standard is not clear and reasonable,and the evaluation result is single),unable to solve it(the practical teaching management and supervision is not in place,the coverage is narrow,and the supervision is difficult),and realize the systematization and individualization of guidance,and the process and objectification of evaluation,and diversification and precision of supervision,so as to comprehensively improve the practical teaching ability and level of normal students,and to some extent change the teaching of teachers,students’learning,school management,and even the form of practical teaching.
