摘要:通过问卷、访谈和查阅档案资料等方法对河南省新乡市四区八县有代表性的6所城市初级中学和6所农村初级中学就城乡教育一体化进程中外语师资状况进行了抽样调查,内容涉及到课堂英语使用比例、教学理念、教学设备及对现代化教学媒体的使用、专业素质、教师培训、薪资待遇等问题,旨在找出其中存在的问题及原因,并相应提出了应对策略和建议,缩小城乡差距,更快地推进城乡外语教育一体化建设。
The study was undertaken among six urban junior high schools and six rural junior high schools in Xinxiang area of Henan Province by means of questionnaire,interview and reference material on the current situation of foreign language teachers in the process of integrated urban and rural education with the focus on teaching belief,teaching equipment,professional quality,teaching methods and teachers' training.This research intends to identify the major causes for the problems,and correspondingly it proposes some suggestions and ways to reduce the unbalanced development of urban and rural education in order to promote the integration of foreign education in urban and rural in China.
