摘要:应用传输理论,解释了电源插座零线断路时出现"反常"现象的原因:2绝缘导线长距离并行且相距较近。指出,此带电现象在低压下,一般不会对人体造成伤害。
By using transmission theory,the article explains the reason for the unusual phenomenon when the zero line of the socket of the electric source breaks: the two insulated wires are paralleled and very near each other at a long distance.It points out that the human body is not hurt by the electriferous phenomenon at low voltage in general.
