摘要:针对传统的顶板监测系统只对压力进行监测而不监测位移且存在布线繁琐等问题,设计了一套基于WSN的顶板压力与位移远程监测系统。该系统通过传感器采集节点将采集的数据发送到监测节点,最后在PC机上实时显示,实现对矿井顶板压力和位移数据的监测。经过大量实验验证,该系统可实现对采煤工作面进行长期连续的顶板压力、位移监测,通过对监测数据的分析、研究,为顶板管理提供完善的参考依据。
Aiming at the problems that the traditional roof monitoring system only monitors the pressure without monitoring the displacement and has complicated wiring,a WSN-based remote monitoring system of roof pressure and displacement is designed. The system through the sensor acquisition node will send the collected data to the monitoring node,and finally real-time display on the PC,to achieve mine roof pressure and displacement data monitoring. After a large number of experiments,the system can realize continuous long-term roof pressure and displacement monitoring on coal mining face. Through the analysis and study of monitoring data,it can provide perfect reference for roof management.
