摘要:简述了锌系磷化膜的形成机理,针对锌系中温磷化技术的缺点,采用测量Ф-t曲线的方法研究磷化液中促进剂对磷化膜生长速率的影响,应用XRD对膜的形貌及晶体结构进行了表征,研制出一种低温锌系磷化加速剂:试验结果表明:将甲醛与氯酸盐进行混合而制成的复合促进剂,可以缩短成膜时间,降低磷化温度,加快磷化成膜速度;在磷化温度为30~40℃、磷化时间为10min的条件下,可以获得性能良好的磷化膜。
The phosphating mechanism of zinc-series phosphating film is described briefly, the influence of accelerator on phosphating film growth velocity has been studied by means of measuring Ф-t curves and the morphology and crystalline structure have been characterized by XRD, a low-temperature accelerator is developed aiming at solving the problems in the zinc-series medium-temperature phosphating bonderizing technology. Experimental results show that this accelerator made mixing of formaldehyde and chlorate can shorten the time of forming coating, debase the temperature of phosphating and quicken phosphate coating growth velocity. A kind of good phosphating film can be obtained under treatment temperature 30 -40℃ and treatment time 10min.
