摘要:分析高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头性能,可以提高高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头的使用寿命。将7B50高强铝合金板材作为实验对象,对7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头显微硬度和接头的冲击、拉伸、冲击断口、拉伸断口等方面进行分析。实验分析结果表明:7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头拉伸断口局部呈现韧窝形貌,接头的拉伸断口呈现一定程度的脆性,接头的断裂方式是韧脆混合型断裂;在7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头的热影响区内出现正弯时裂纹,在热机影响区和焊核区的过渡区域出现背弯时裂纹;与母材相比,7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头冲击吸收功有明显提升,冲击断口断裂方式为韧脆混合型断裂,断口形态呈现韧窝形貌与解理面形态,与母材相比,激光焊接接头在热影响区和焊核区塑性断裂特征更加明显,同时焊核区出现软化现象,硬度明显降低。
Analysis of high strength aluminum alloy strengthening laser welding joint performance, can improve the high strength aluminum alloy arc improved the service life of laser welded joint. This article 7B50 high strength aluminum alloy plate as experimental object, the 7B50 high-strength aluminum alloy strengthening laser arc welding joint of microhardness and joint impact, tensile and impact fracture and tensile fracture were analyzed. The experimental analysis results show that the 7B50 high-strength aluminum alloy strengthening laser arc welding joint tensile fracture partial rendering toughening nest morphology, the tensile fracture surface of joint brittleness characteristic to some extent, joint fracture mode is ductile brittle mixed fracture; In 7B50 high-strength aluminum alloy arc improved heat affected zone of laser welded joint appeared bending crack, in the heat engine influence area and welding area transition area appeared back bending crack; Compared with the parent metal, 7B50 high-strength aluminum alloy strengthening laser arc welding joint shock absorption function has obvious improvement, the impact fracture surface fracture toughening brittle mixed fracture, this paper presents ductile fracture form nest morphology and cleavage plane form, compared with the parent metal, laser welding joint in heat affected area and welding area more obvious plastic fracture characteristics, welding nuclear area softening phenomenon occurring at the same time, the hardness is decreased obviously.
