摘要:采用固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3-TiO2为催化剂,由冰醋酸和甘油反应合成甘油三醋酸酯。优惠合成条件为:醇∶酸=1∶4.0(mol/mol),催化剂用量为甘油质量的8%,反应时间为4h。酯化率可达96%。催化剂具有容易回收并可循环使用、不污染环境等优点。
In the presence of solid superacid catalyst SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 TiO 2, The glycerol triacetate was synthesized from glacial acetic acid and glycerol. The optimum conditions are as follow:mole ratio of glycerol to glacial acetic acid is 1∶4.0, reaction time of reflux 4h, mass of catalyst 8% of glycerol. The yield of glycerol triacetate reaches 96%. The catalyst have many advantages, such as easy to be recovered, feasible to be used repeatedly, and less pollution to the environment.
