摘要:对P92铁素体耐热钢进行不同温度的淬火、回火处理试验,采用显微组织观察、维氏硬度测试研究了不同温度淬火、回火对P92铁素体耐热钢显微组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:淬火态P92试验钢的组织为板条马氏体以及少量残余奥氏体,随着淬火温度升高,马氏体组织逐渐变得粗大,残余奥氏体含量逐渐增加。1050℃淬火+740℃回火的P92试验钢的组织为回火马氏体与回火托氏体,1050℃淬火+800℃回火的P92试验钢组织为回火托氏体与回火索氏体。随着回火温度的升高,试验钢硬度逐渐降低。
P92 ferrite heat-resistant steel was quenched and tempered at different temperatures. The effects of quenching and tempering at different temperatures on the microstructure and hardness of P92 ferrite heat-resistant steel were studied by means of microstructure observation and Vickers hardness test. The results show that the microstructure of P92 quenched test steel is lath martensite and a small amount of retained austenite. With the increases of quenching temperature, the martensite structure gradually becomes coarse and the content of retained austenite gradually increases. The microstructure of P92 test steel quenched at 1050 ℃ and tempered at 740 ℃ is tempered martensite and tempered troostite. The microstructure of P92 test steel quenched at 1050 ℃ and tempered at 800 ℃ is tempered troostite and tempered sorbite. With the increases of tempering temperature, the hardness of the test steel decreases gradually.
