摘要:实验研究发现,痕量砷(V)对高碘酸钾氧化乙基橙褪色的反应具有显著的催化作用,利用这一新的指示反应体系建立了测定砷的又一新的催化动力学光度分析法。该法测定砷的线性范围是8×10^-6~3.8×10^-3μg·mL^-1,检测限为2.4×10^-6μg·mL^-1,多种阳离子(除Fe^3+、Cu^2+、Ni^2+外)、阴离子均不干扰砷的测定;Fe^3+、Cu^2+、Ni^2+的干扰萃取法消除,用于蔬菜样品中砷的测定,结果满意。
A novel catalytic photometry method is reported for the determination of trace arsenic. The method is based on catalytic effect of arsenic on the colour fading reaction of ethyl orange oxidized by potassium periodate. The linear range of the determination was 0. 008-3.8 ng/mL, and the detection limit for arsenic was 2.4 ×10^-6μg/mL. Various cations (apart from outside Fe^3+ ,Cu^2+ , Ni^2+ ), all anions do not interfere with the determination of arsenic. The interference of Fe^3+ , Cu^2+ ,Ni^2+ was eliminated by extraction. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace arsenic in vegetable samples with satisfactory results.
