摘要：探讨了在现代技术条件下，图书馆在利用各种先进技术设备与手段来武装图书馆的同时．应着重研 究人文精神在图书馆工作实践中的地位，以满足人们的需要，实现人的价值，体现人文精神，创造美 与和谐的读书氛围。
On the basis of modem technology, We should use all kinds of advanced equipment and means to manage libraries.And also we should play an importance on the position of humane consiousencess in the library work so as to satify the needs of readers, realize human value,show humane spirit and create fine and harmonious reading atmosphere.
