摘要：我们要实现全面建设小康社会的目标,必须依靠中等收入者阶层,扩大中等收入者阶层的比重。要扩大中等收入者阶层,就要吸收农民中的精英———农民工到这个阶层中来。而这应当通过实现城乡户籍一体化、劳动力市场一体化、社会保障制度一体化、教育资源一体化和提高农民工自身素质途径来实现。
In the realization of the goal of the construction of a well-off society, we must rely on the social stratum of middle-level income and increase its proportion. To increase the size of the social stratum of middle-level income, we must absorb the outstanding members of the peasants —— peasant workers into it. This can be realized by means of the integration of rural areas and urban areas on the aspects of census register, labor market, social security rules and education resources and by the improvement of the self-quality of peasant workers.
