摘要:选择广东光良镇高、低产园荔枝果树树冠滴水线处水平向内外和不同深度的土壤样品为研究对象,分析荔枝根际土壤脲酶活性及其与土壤理化特性、荔枝产量之间的关系。结果表明:高产园的土壤脲酶活性显著高于低产园的土壤脲酶活性。经统计分析,土壤脲酶活性与土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾的含量呈极显著正相关,与碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾的含量呈显著正相关。而且脲酶活性在土壤中的分布有一定的规律性:水平分布是在树冠滴水线处,脲酶活性最高,由此处向内向外脲酶活性逐渐降低;垂直分布是0~20 cm土层脲酶活性最高,随土层的加深而逐渐降低。
The soil at different position and depth of root-range in litchi orchards of Guangliang town was selected to analyze the urease activity and the relation between it and soil agrochemical property and litchi yield.The results indicated that the urease activity in high-yield litchi orchard was notably higher than that in low-yield orchard.The urease activity had significant positive correlation with the nutrient content.The urease activity in soil had some regularity:It was the highest at the radius of tree crown in its level distribution area,and inward or outward it decreased gradually;The urease activity in the soil at 0-20cm depth was the highest in its vertical distribution,and it decreased gradually with the depth increasing.
