摘要:很多新升本科院校强制规定学生学业成绩符合正态分布,这样直接影响了教学质量的提高。本文通过对影响学生学业成绩分布因素的分析,探讨了学生学业成绩呈正态分布存在的弊端,进而认为应辩证地看待新升本科院校的学生学业成绩分布,偏态分布也具有合理性,并在实际教学过程中努力追求学生学业成绩的负偏态分布。
Many newly-upgraded undergraduate colleges impose students' score distribution on normal distribution, which affects teach-ing quality. Based on an analysis of score distribution factors, the present discussion focuses on the disadvantages of students' score distri-bution in a normal distribution, and then comes to a conclusion that a dialectical attitude should be adopted towards students' score distri-bution and that the negatively skewed distribution should be pursued in teaching.
