摘要：文章通过文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法等研究方法对河南省大学生体育生活方式的现状进行探讨,进而提出优化策略,希望能够提高学生的体质健康水平,从而建立健康、文明的体育生活方式,为终身体育奠定基础。
This paper discusses the current situation of college and university students＇ sports lifestyle in Henan province through the method of literature review,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and other research methods,and then put forward the optimization strategy. The main purpose is to improve the students＇ physical health level,and help them to establish healthy and civilized sports lifestyle,and lay a foundation for lifetime sports.
