摘要:Based on the discussing the problems of the traditional assessment of classroom teaching quality in Physical Education, the paper introduce the "Johari window" model theory and discussing how to put forward the connotation, mode, methods of the "Johari window" mode methods and its application in assessment of instruction in physical education. It is to try to provide a new paradigm and way for assessing the quality of physical education so as to promote teaching and learning and the quality of classroom.
