摘要:The synthesis of purine arabinosides via dehydrazination catalyzed by 10 mol% CuO in water was developed for the first time. A series of purine arabinosides could be obtained in good to excellent yields. Furthermore, the drugs vidarabine and nelarabine could be obtained successfully, and even at about 50 g scales, which showed the good future of industrial application. Moreover, the tap water also worked well as the green solvent for the reaction.
