摘要:针对当前第三方物流管理系统化程度低、功能单一、信息传输和共享不畅通等不足,提出基于.net框架的第三方物流激光扫描终端设激光扫描终端系统主要由机械部分和光路部分两大模块构成,其中机械部分由主控单元、智能升降旋转台、C型扫描臂组成;光路部分将转镜、激光器、滤光镜、激光准直扩束装置等光学元件集成于具有电驱动功能的激光测头中,以实现全方位无死角的货物扫描;在软件控制流程方面,基于微软的.net框架设计一种3层次的数据交互逻辑,提高现代三方物流管理的效率。终端系统可以有效改善传统三方物流的弊端,数据管理高效、准确,数据共享快捷、畅通。
For the defects of the third party logistics such as low systematic management,single function,difficult information transmission and sharing,and more,this paper put forward a third party logistics laser scanning terminal based on.net,which is mainly composed of a mechanical part and the optical part. The mechanical part is composed of a main control unit,intelligent lifting rotary table and type C scanning arm. The optical part consists of rotation mirror,laser,filter,laser collimation and more devices which are integrated in the laser measurement with electric drive function to realize the omnidirectional cargo scanning with no dead angle. In terms of software control processing,a 3 levels data interaction logic was designed based on Microsoft.net framework to improve the efficiency of modern third party logistics management. The experiment results show that the design can effectively solve the drawbacks of the tradition.The data management is efficient and accurate,and the data sharing is fast and easy.
