摘要：通过对高校图书馆过刊管理存在问题的分析,提出了更新观念、开发过刊资源 ,改进服务模式等切实可行的对策与建议.
Through analysesing the problems of obsolete merchandise periodicals, this paper puts forward that renewal ideas, developing the nesources of obsolete merchandise periodicals and improving service mode, etc. feasible countermeasure and suggestions are given.
