摘要:采用文献资料法介绍了体育锻炼对个体情绪健康的积极影响。研究结果表明,参加一定强度的体育活动能够使个体保持良好的心境,产生良好的情绪体验,降低焦虑水平,对抑郁有治疗作用,从而对人的心理健康有积极意义。
With the documentary analysis, the purpose of this paper is to present some researches about the effect of participating physical activity on emotion. The result of many studies have shown that a person participating in exercise may be in good mood. Exercise may not only reduce the score of depression and anxiety, but also bring well experenced emotion. The author thinks that exercise plays an important role in maintaining individuals, positive emotional state.
