摘要:在水溶液体系中,制备了1%Al_2O_3修饰的镍基正极材料Li Ni_(0.9)Co_(0.1)O_2,并研究了热处理温度对正极材料性能的影响。结果表明,1%Al_2O_3修饰后没有改变正极材料的结构和形貌,650℃热处理后正极材料具有最佳的电化学性能,首次放电容量为178.4 m Ah/g,库伦效率为82.4%,0.5C倍率50次循环后的容量保持率为88.1%。
The Ni-based cathode material Li Ni0.9Co0.1O2modified with 1%Al2O3was prepared in aqueous solution.The influence of heat treatment temperature on performances of the material was investigated as well.Results showed that the structure and morphology of the cathode material were not changed after surface modification with 1%Al2O3.The optimum electrochemical performance was obtained after heat treatment at 650℃,that is,an initial discharge capacity of 178.4 m Ah/g,coulombic efficiency of 82.4%and capacity retention of 88.1%after 50 cycles at 0.5C.
