摘要:本文选取2000—2017年我国核心文化产品出口的36个贸易伙伴国的国别面板数据为样本,从贸易便利化的角度,以国际物流绩效和互联网普及量为关键解释变量考察贸易便利化对核心文化产品出口的影响机制。通过修正引力模型,使用分层次、细分类别的多角度回归方法进行实证分析,并进行稳健性检验。结果表明:贸易便利化措施的实施对我国核心文化产品出口产生了正向促进作用,其中国际物流绩效的改善和提升对我国核心文化产品的出口有着显著的积极影响,互联网的发展对我国核心文化产品出口的积极影响正在逐步显现,但尚处于初级融合阶段;双边稳定的经济增长态势、市场潜在规模以及旺盛的消费需求为促进文化产品出口提供了重要保障,为此提出相关政策建议。
By taking the national panel data of 212 trading partner countries to which China’s core cultural products and services were exported from 2000 to 2017 as the samples,this paper surveys the mechanism for the trade facilitation to affect the export of core cultural products and services from the perspective of trade facilitation,and with international logistics performance and Internet penetration as the key explanatory variables.By modifying the gravity model,this paper carries out empirical analysis with the hierarchical,classified and multi-angle regression method,and carries out robustness test.The results show that,the implementation of trade facilitation measures has produced positive promotion effects on the export of China’s core cultural products and services,and wherein,the improvement and enhancement of international logistics performance has obviously positive influences on the export of China’s core cultural products and services,and the positive influences of the development of Internet on the export of China’s core cultural products and services are being manifested gradually,but are still at the primary integration stage;the bilateral stable economic growth trend,the potential market scale,and the exuberant consumer demand have provided important guarantee for promoting the export of cultural products and services.Therefore,this paper brings forward relevant policy suggestions.
