摘要：Case-based teaching method has been widely used in modern teaching, and modern management course has gained great effects due to the adoption of case-based teaching method. Case-based teaching method is created by the famous American university - Harvard. The main feature of this teaching method is the combination of a theory and practice, which can effectively improve students' analytical ability of things, develop students' ability to innovate and to solve problems. Therefore, this way of teaching is strongly recommended in management course teaching.
