摘要:本文通过钯催化合成,以苯胺和对丁基溴苯为原料,制备纯净的4-丁基二苯胺。产物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱表征,并采用旋转氧弹法研究了其在不同润滑油中的抗氧化和控制油泥能力。结果显示,与二苯胺相比,产物在PAO中的抗氧化能力增幅最大、在蓖麻油中的控制油泥的能力明显得到改善。
Pure 4-butyl diphenylamine was prepared by palladium catalyzed synthesis of aniline and butyl bromine. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy, and its oxidation resistance and sludge control ability in different lubricants were studied by rotating oxygen bomb method. The results showed that compared with diphenylamine, the antioxidant capacity of products in PAO increased the most, and the ability to control sludge in castor oil was obviously improved.
