摘要:Objective: This study researched the characteristic and the relationship between coping style, teaching efficacy and professional burnout among secondary school P.E. teachers. Method: Questionnaires about coping style, teaching efficacy and professional burnout were used among 152 secondary school P.E. teachers. Result :(1) The secondary school P.E. teachers were at worse condition of professional burnout, female P.E. teachers had an obviously high degree of emotional exhaustion (p<0.01); (2) There are obviously correlative between coping style, teaching efficacy and professional burnout; (3) Coping style, teaching efficacy obviously predicted the professional burnout (p<0.01). Conclusion: The secondary school P.E teachers were at high level of professional burnout, coping style, teaching efficacy obviously predicted the professional burnout among secondary school P.E. teachers.
