摘要:以SnCl_4·5H_2O和Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O为原料、NaOH溶液为沉淀剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备CaSnO_3,采用XRD、IR、SEM等方式对样品进行表征,并以此为催化剂进行了光催化降解亚甲基蓝的研究。XRD分析表明:当焙烧温度为600℃时,样品在22°、32°、46°、52°、57°、67°、76°等处出现了衍射峰,这与正交晶型CaSnO_3特征衍射峰基本一致。光催化降解实验结果表明:在可见光的条件下,当催化剂的质量浓度为70 mg/L、光照3 h时,催化剂CaSnO_3对亚甲基蓝溶液的最终降解率可达92%。
In this paper, CaSn03 was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method, SnCl4*5H20, Ca(N03)2*4H20 and NaOH used as raw materials. The product was characterized by XRD, IR, SEM etc. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue under CaSn03 was studied. When the calcination temperature reached 600 Tl, XRD analysis showed that the diffraction peaks appeared at 22°, 32°, 46°, 52°, 57°, 67° and 76°, which were almost consistent with those of orthogonal lattice structure of CaSn03. The results of photocatalytic degradation experiment showed that under the condition of visible light, the methylene blue degradation ratio could arrive at 92% when reaction time was 3 h and CaSn03 concentration was 70 mg/L.
