摘要：居住需求是社区广场设计的出发点与归宿。从社区适宜居住性理论中归纳出居民的居住需求,即:自然、休闲、交往与环境审美。根据需求将社区广场的功能规划为实用与审美两个层次。为满足实用功能,需根据人的行为心理规律探讨广场的基面与边界设计,营建适宜的活动空间。为满足审美功能,需通过环境设施与绿化表达地域特征,形成景观特色。通过这两种方法,营建既能满足居民活动需要,也能表现独特社区文化的社区广场,进而达到提升社区整体环境质量的目的。
The paper discusses the starting point and end-result of the community square＇ s design according to the residential demand. It induces the residents＇ living demand from the theory of community livability, namely： nature, leisure, communication and environmental aesthetics. It plans the function of the community square into practical and aesthetic levels according to the demand. On one hand, We should explore the design of square＇ s ground and boundary based on the Behavior psychology and build appropriate activity space to meet the practical function. On the other hand, we should express the regional features and form the landscape characteristics based on the environmental facilities and greening to meet the aesthetic function. We can build the community square which can both meet the activity needs of residents and express the special community culture by the two methods to improve the overall environmental quality of the community.
