摘要：农地流转作为资源优化配置的方式,是促进我国农村经济进一步发展的重要途径。但是目前来看,我国农地流转速度缓慢,水平不高。究其原因,主要在于农村社保体系的不健全以及其他相关制度建设的缺失。为了促使农地流转顺利有序开展,必须首先从完善农村社保体系入手,并配套其他相关制度建设。
Land transfer is the way of the rational allocation of resources,which can improve the further development of rural economy.But the present speed of the land transfer is slow and inefficient in China.The reasons mainly lie in the deficiencies of rural social security and the related systems.In order to develop the land transfer smoothly and orderly,we must improve rural social security and perfect the related systems.
