摘要：文章分析了权利人滥用版权的动因,列举了图书馆领域版权滥用的主要形式,认为反制版权滥用的对策除了图书馆要采取主动的自我维权措施外,根本的办法是要创新相关的立法和司法制度。
This paper analyzes the motivation of the obligee in misusing the copyright, lists the main forms of copyright misuse in the library field, and advocates that the fundamental method to prevent copyright misuse is to innovate the relevant legislation and the judicial system in addition to the active measures adopted by the library in self-safeguarding its legitimate rights and interests.
