摘要：21世纪生物技术产业发展迅速,社会对生物技术专业人才的需求显著增加,同时对人才的培养也提出了更高的要求。结合学校的专业特色,对生物技术专业创新型人才的培养模式进行了探索和实践,通过改革人才培养方案、优化课程体系、强化实践教学、加强教师队伍和教材建设、推进产学研相结合等措施,极大地提高了人才培养的质量,取得了较好的实践效果。
With the rapid development of biotechnology industry in 21 century,the demand for biotechnology professional talents increased significantly,and the request for cultivating talents was much higher.With the professional characteristics of biological technology,we explored and practiced the training model of innovative talents.And a series of measures were taken,such as reforming the talent training scheme,optimizing the course system,strengthen the practice teaching,strengthen the team construction for teachers and the construction of teaching material,combining production,teaching and research and so on.The quality of personnel training greatly enhanced,and better practice result has been achieved.
